Inverse (2020)
"It is no longer only about the truthfulness of documentation, when documentation can form its own reality detached from the performance.”
Inverse is a website-specific audio-visual live performance based on a physical site. The performer becomes the observer of whose own performance, films the film, and records the recording, forming audiovisual feedback loops that are used as materials for real-time semi-improvisational composition.
The performance was completed without any audience on site except cameras and the event hosts. It is an instant dialogue between the performer/observer and the internet, a portal that turns into a psychological reflection of the self – a conversation with oneself in solitude, a desire to breakthrough limitations, and a contemplative experiment in progress.

Performed on November 28 in 2020 at SoundsAbout Gallery in Berlin, live-streamed via SoundsAbout Gallery's Twitch channel.
